Dr. Shelley M. Stoffels is the Associate Dean for Faculty in the College of Engineering and Professor, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, at the Pennsylvania State University. Her civil engineering research focuses on transportation infrastructure asset management including machine learning applications, accelerated and instrumented testing of full- and partial-scale airfield and highway pavements, and sustainable pavement materials and rehabilitation techniques.
