Sagar Dasgupta received the B.Tech. degree in mechanical engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, SC, USA. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL, USA. His research interests include data analytics, machine learning, connected and automated vehicles, cybersecurity, and sensor fusion.
