Murphy Flynn has worked for the FAA in Airport Pavement R&D for over 20 years. He has been the construction manager for the FAA's National Airport Pavement Test Facility and the National Airport Pavement and Materials Research Center. He established the FAA's Next Gen Pavement Materials Laboratory, an AASHTO and CCRL accredited lab. Murphy is currently the Acting Manager of the Airport Pavement research and development section for the FAA.
