Dr. Yusuf Mehta (Co-PI) is a professor of Civil Engineering and the Director of CREATEs at Rowan University. He has over 20 years of experience in identifying transportation problems, collaborating with public and private agencies to resolve these problems and developing transportation products, standards, and/or technologies that can provide user specific solutions. He has extensive experience leading several research projects (approximately $20M) funded by New Jersey, Florida, Wisconsin and Rhode Island DOTs, the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and Department of Defense. He has close to 50 refereed journal publications and 90 conference proceedings.
