Dr. Harshdutta Pandya is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Rowan University. He earned a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (2011), a Master’s in Structural Engineering (2013) from The M.S.University of Baroda, India, M.S.(2016) and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (2022) with Specialization in Structural Engineering from Rowan University. Dr. Pandya has worked on research projects, including projects funded by the USDOT, NSF, and CREATES. He has six peer-reviewed publications and has taught Field Surveying classes and laboratory classes in Civil Engineering Materials, Environmental Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering at Rowan University. Dr. Pandya is currently working on Full Scale Evaluation of Fiber-Reinforced HMA project funded by Department of Defense (DOD) and Pavement Support Program funded by New Jersey Department of Transportation at CREATES.
