Jayanth Kumar Rayapeddi Kumar is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Hawaii and a Quality Control Engineer, Laboratory Manager, and Asst. Radiation Safety Officer with JWGHH and its subsidiaries. Mr. Rayapeddi Kumar has two Master’s degrees and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He is certified by the: (1) National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies, Level IV in Asphalt, Level III in Concrete and Level II in Soils; (2) Asphalt Institute in Asphalt Mix Design Technology; (3) APNGA as a Nuclear Gauge operator and Radiation Safety Officer; (4) Hawaii DOT sampling Qualification Program Bituminous Materials Unit Qualification program. (4) Surface Systems & Instruments, Inc., CS8500 and CS9300 Profiling Systems; (5) National Center for Asphalt Technology, Airfield Asphalt Certification Program, Asphalt Lab Technician and Quality Control Manager. Mr. Rayapeddi Kumar has over 15 years of experience in sampling, testing, production quality control, HMA/Concrete mixture designs, and laboratory operations. Mr. Rayapeddi Kumar is a continuing member of ASTM D04 on Road and Paving Materials and E36 on Accreditation and Certification committees. Mr. Rayapeddi Kumar has served two 1-year terms as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Hawaii Asphalt Paving Industry, and is continuing to serve in that position for the third term.
