Wilfredo A. Villafane, 22 Years plus experience & Information Systems as

Mr. Wilfredo Villafane is an Instrumentation Engineer at the Airport Technology R&D Branch at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and is responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of Data Collection & Instrumentation Systems for the National Airport Pavement Test Facility (NAPTF), the National Pavement & Materials Research Center (NAPMRC) and Airport Field Instrumentation systems since 2013.

He is a veteran of the US Air Force where he worked in the capacity as an Aerospace Journeyman performing inspections & maintenance on C-130E Aircraft Systems for 9 years. He earned his Associates Degree on Information Systems from Lakeland Community College in 1999 shortly after leaving the Air Force and then went on to work as an Automation Consultant from 2000 - 2013.
