I am currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Apart from this, I am also working as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant (Course: Asphalt Materials) with Professor Ramez M. Hajj. My research interests include asphalt binder characterization, rheology, and everything related to asphalt pavement design. I have worked on a number of projects related to asphalt pavements while my recent work titled "Investigation of factors affecting modified asphalt binder development and performance using the poker chip test," has also been accepted for presentation at Transportation Research Board (TRB) Conference 2023. Currently, I am focussed on my master's thesis which is on the topic, "Development of a new Balanced Mix Design (BMD) framework that incorporates binder tests." Apart from this, I like to read, listen to podcasts, and play and watch soccer, badminton, and martial arts.
