Kibria is a graduate student at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Tech. His major is Operations Research. He is currently working as a graduate research assistant in the Autonomous and Connected Transportation (ACT) lab at Georgia Tech under the supervision of Dr. Srinivas Peeta. His research interests include transportation sustainability, private-public partnerships, ridesourcing services, multidisciplinary optimization, and multiobjective optimization.
Before joining the PhD program at ISyE, he worked as a lecturer from October 2015 to July 2019 at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), which is the leading engineering school of Bangladesh. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from BUET.
