Dr. Neda Masoud is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Prof. Masoud conducts interdisciplinary research at the interface between civil engineering, operations research, and data science. Her scholarly interests focus on design and optimization of shared mobility systems, and safety- and efficiency-oriented applications of connected and automated vehicles. She holds editorial roles in Transportation Research Part B: Methodological and Transportation Science. She is a recipient of the Early CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation, and the Cambridge Systematics New Faculty Award from the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC).
