Haotian Shi received double B.S. degrees in Energy and Power Engineering and Computer Science from Tianjin University in 2017. He further obtained triple M.S. degrees in Power and Machinery Engineering (Tianjin University, 2020), Civil and Environmental Engineering (UW-Madison, 2020), and Computer Science (UW-Madison, 2022). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin Madison, USA. His main research directions are prediction & control of the connected automated vehicles (CAVs), intelligent transportation systems, traffic crash data analysis, vehicle engine control & optimization, and deep reinforcement learning.
