Xi Zhang is a Ph.D. student in the Center for Applied Transportation Sciences (CATS) at the University of Arizona. She holds her Master's degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her research interests include traffic safety, signal timing optimization, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic flow theory, and connected and automated vehicle (CAV).
