I obtained a Ph.D. degree in 2009 at the Department of Civil Engineering, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Now, I am Associate Professor at Civil Engineering Department, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. The research topics focus on the road and airfield pavement design, maintenance and rehabilitation, performance-based test and specification, emulsion asphalt, green road rating system, and energy harvest from the road.
