Ahmed Al-Kaisy, PhD, PE

Dr. Ahmed Al-Kaisy is a transportation engineering professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Montana State University and the program manager for the Safety and Operations focus area at the Western Transportation Institute. Dr. Al-Kaisy has long teaching and research experience in many areas of transportation engineering, including traffic operations and management, traffic safety, traffic flow theory, highway design, and intelligent transportation systems. Dr. Al-Kaisy has widely published in many high profile scholarly journals. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Montana.
