I am a doctoral student in Civil and Environmental engineering at Rowan University. I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and a master's degree in transportation systems engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. My doctoral research work is on developing electrically conductive asphalt pavements for self deicing application. My other research experience and interests are in the topics such as frost susceptibility of soils and related impacts on asphalt pavements, climatic impact on performance of asphalt pavements, asphalt mastic and mixture testing. I have one year of experience in the field as a pavement design engineer and also worked as part of multiple pavement management projects in India.
